Mizo Word Connect is published by Tech Inn. This policy explains what the app currently collects, why it is used, and how to contact us with privacy questions.
Mizo Word Connect does not currently require an account. We do not ask you to create a username or provide your name, email address, or phone number in order to play.
To help operate and improve the game, the app may send the following telemetry to our backend:
Notification titles and message bodies are not stored in notification delivery records.
The installation ID is a pseudonymous app identifier, not your name or account. It can distinguish one installed copy of the app from another, so we do not describe this telemetry as completely anonymous.

Unknown-word attempts are review evidence only. A word is reviewed before it is considered for any future dictionary update.
Telemetry is sent to our backend hosted using Supabase. The app sends this information over HTTPS.
The app includes a Supabase publishable client key so it can reach this backend. This is not a user credential, does not identify you, and is not a Supabase secret or service-role key.
Apart from information that Google Mobile Ads may process as described below, the game code does not intentionally collect:
Mizo Word Connect uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements and banner advertisements on eligible Level Complete screens. Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional and is started only when you choose to do so. Completing an eligible rewarded advertisement may provide an in-game benefit, such as coins or a hint.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP-derived approximate or general location, app interactions, diagnostic information, and related advertising information. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention, and related advertising services. Tech Inn does not receive your name, messages, contacts, photos, or similar personal content through these advertising features.
Where legally required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and manage advertising consent. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, it is available in the app's Settings screen. You can also read Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell user data or use our gameplay telemetry for our own advertising profiling.
Notifications are optional and remain off unless you enable them in Settings and allow the operating system permission. Firebase Cloud Messaging, provided by Google, is used to deliver occasional game-return reminders and infrequent owner announcements. We record minimal delivery/open status to understand whether notifications work. We do not use the FCM token for advertising or create a separate device identity for notifications. Automatic game-return reminder eligibility is determined using recent app activity (last_seen_at) associated with your Privacy ID. If you disable notifications, we deactivate the server notification registration and clear the stored FCM token.
Anonymous gameplay and word-submission telemetry, notification registration records, and notification delivery/open-status records may be retained for up to 24 months, after which they may be deleted or aggregated/anonymized for longer-term game statistics.
You may contact Tech Inn through WhatsApp to request deletion of telemetry associated with your app installation. Please provide the Privacy ID displayed in the app. Because the app has no accounts and telemetry uses randomly generated installation identifiers rather than names or email addresses, we may need that ID to identify the relevant records. In some cases, we may not be able to associate anonymous or pseudonymous records with a particular person.
Mizo Word Connect is a general word game. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version will be made available in the app and on the published policy page.
